1. Services Provided
Haylee Stephens Guitar provides private guitar lessons, offered in person and online, by appointment. Lesson format, duration, and scheduling options may vary based on availability.
2. Lesson Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled in advance through our booking system or by direct arrangement. Students are responsible for selecting and attending their scheduled lesson times.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Missed lessons or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
4. Make-Up Lessons

Make-up lessons are offered only for lessons canceled with proper notice.

Make-up lessons must be scheduled by selecting an available open time within the same calendar week as the original lesson.

Make-up lessons may be completed in person or online, regardless of the original lesson format.

If a make-up lesson is not scheduled within the same week, it will be forfeited.
5. Lesson Plans & Ongoing Enrollment
Students enrolled in a recurring lesson plan agree to ongoing billing according to the selected plan.
Cancellation of a Lesson Plan

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a lesson plan.

Lesson plans remain active and billable during the 30-day notice period.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in additional charges.
6. Payments & Billing

Payment is required in advance for all lessons and lesson plans.

We accept payments through approved third-party processors.

Prices and fees are subject to change with notice.
7. Refund Policy

Lessons and lesson plans are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Credits may be issued at our discretion in limited circumstances.
8. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:

Arriving on time for lessons

Providing their own instrument and accessories

Maintaining respectful and appropriate behavior
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for inappropriate conduct.
9. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in music lessons involves inherent risks. By participating, you assume all risks associated with in-person and online instruction.
Haylee Stephens Guitar is not responsible for injuries, damages, or lost or stolen personal property.
10. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, exercises, and instructional content are the property of Haylee Stephens Guitar and may not be recorded, copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may use third-party tools for scheduling, payments, or video instruction. We are not responsible for the accessibility, functionality, or policies of third-party providers.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms without refund.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
